Back when I was addicted to watching the Food Network (translation: when we didn’t have kids so I could watch whatever I wanted LOL) I saw Giada De Laurentiis make these Parmesan Crisps.
I finally made them for New Year’s Eve like 6 years later, and loved them because they were not only easy but delicious. And they’re pretty – check out the link below for Food Network’s photo. The secret ingredient? Grated Parmesan. Just pour a heaping Tablespoon of Grated Parmesan onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 3-5 min.
